Service Description
This 60 minute reading is available both in-person or virtual on zoom. Custom flower essence potions are available when booking your appointment. Please be sure to select that option when booking and paying. Shipping is included for all orders within the continental US.
Cancellation Policy
Services/Sessions: We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notification will not be refunded. If your session is not prepaid, a rebooking fee of 50% of service cost will be required to reschedule your appointment. Repeated late cancellations are required to prepay all sessions booked. Events/Courses: All event fees are non-refundable. Policy Changes: Kindred Root/Maria Falce reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the website for viewing. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of an emergency to discuss potential fee waivers or rescheduling options.
