Spearmint, chamomile, catnip, oatstraw, lemon balm, lemon verbena, rose petals, passionflower, skullcap, & dehydrated zest of lemon and orange and hops.
 
Steep covered for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy with local honey or maple syrup!
