I used this with my infant daughter when she was only 7 months old. She was all stuffed up and could not nurse. She was inconsolable. I dabbed a tiny bit (very tiny) onto my breast, just below my nipple and even less onto her upper lip. Within 1 minute, she was able to nurse and fall asleep. What a life saver! Truly. I like to use this product sparingly. You don't need to be oiled like a greased pig for it to work. Apply it to your feet and ears first, to access the whole body via your energy meridians. Then, if needed, some can be applied to the chest and under the nose. Get the rest you need and drink plenty of fluids, too!
