This tea can be consumed as a stand alone tea both hot or iced. It can also be added to your coffee to extend it, deepen and enrich the flavor and to balance out the acidity.
Both dandelion and chicory are bitters and your liver...your entire digestive tract, loves bitters. It really gets those juices flowing. Do take note, both dandelion and chicory are diruetics so they will increase your urine output...I try not to drink a lot of this right before bed...
