This remedy can be used many ways. It can be given neat 4 drops under the tongue or on the skin, preferably on a delicate area with superficial vasculature as in the inside of your wrist or on your neck. You may also place the drops onto the crown chakra on the top of the head. It may be added to water or a beverage of choice. It may be added to water in a spray bottle and misted over the person in tranistion or into the room. This remedy will also work with animals, in fact it is how I developed it initially.
