Triple B - Blackberry Balsamic Bitters - balsamic vinegar + blackberry = fruity + sour + bitter
Apple Pie - sweet and spicy - apple cider vinegar + local organic apples + apple pie spices
Raspberry Rose - red wine vinegar + rapberry + rose petals
 
4 alcohol based Bitters
Nutcracker - bourbon based with warming Yuletide spices
Gin Punch - gin based with local plums and cardamom
Green Lady - vodka based ode to absinthe with homegrown wormwood
Bitterwort - vodka based with maple syrup carmelized oranges and vanilla bean
